I am a pole instructor and performer who loves to share the joy and possibilities of pole dance with my community! I have been dancing for almost 5 years, and teaching for just about 3: my specialty is getting students to invert when they never have before. There are so many things I love about pole, but most of all I love how it opens me up to parts of myself and my abilities that I haven't explored before.
